Packrafts are super portable inflatable boats. Lighter than inflatable kayaks, packrafts are perfect for adventures that combine hiking or cycling and an easy paddle. Ideal for beginners.

What you get
My packraft kit comes with:
1 Decathlon Itiwit Packraft 100 (1.8kg weight, and it can carry 1 person and kit up to 110kg)
1 Lifejacket - I've got two sizes, Small and Medium
1 Four-pieces adjustable paddle
1 Paddle leash
How to use
What to wear - Wear a life jacket, it's included! Be aware you might get a bit wet. Quick-drying clothes could be a good idea.
Inflating - Instructions and a pump bag are included.
Getting in and out - Please do not drag it on rocks. Be aware that the boat is light and wind can catch it.
Paddling - Being a flat raft, the packraft will track less than a kayak. This is Scotland... the wind will affect you quite a bit.
Deflating - Before deflating, please wipe down and roughly dry the boat. This is an adventure boat so it's not expected to remain shiny, but please try to keep it clean.
Packing it up - Try to do it on a clean surface, paying attention to not getting gravel/twigs stuck in it when rolling it up. See the instructions on how to fold it (it might take you a couple of attempts).
Insurance - Please be aware, I don't offer any insurance. You will be responsible for the kit and any liability related to its use.

You'll need to collect the packrafts in person. They are available in the Morningside area, Edinburgh.
